MICHELLE
I started my kettlebell journey 3 and half years ago at the age of 47 years old. I've always been an active person so exercise has never been a foreign word to me. However the exercises I was doing was not giving me the results I longed for, and then I was introduced to kettlebells. Wow, I started seeing results after just a month and I have never looked back.
With my exercising, came a healthy eating plan. Changing your body is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Now 20% certainly doesn't sound like a big number in comparison to 80%, but if your diet is supplemented with dedication, motivation and perseverance in your exercise regime, that 20% will change your body in ways you couldn't even imagine.
At 50 years old I am in the best shape I have ever been in. My body shape is continually changing as my kettlebell journey progresses. I have dropped centimetres and have toned my body in all the right places. My energy levels have increased dramatically and I am much stronger at 50 than I was at 20.
Kettlebells have changed my life in such a positive way that I wanted the opportunity to train others who wish to embark on a fitness journey to achieve a complete body transformation.
If I can give any words of encouragement, just remember you are never too old to start a fitness regime.
Strong is the new skinny!
